My Healing Journey
The Beginning of the Journey
Twelve years ago, I was diagnosed with Lupus and Fibromyalgia, after being given the HPV vaccine. A moment that turned my entire world upside down. It was more than just a label; it became the beginning of a journey that would teach me how to truly listen to my body, honour my soul, and reclaim my power.
What followed were years of navigating symptoms, flare-ups, and the emotional toll of living with an invisible condition. I was determined not to let this define me. Instead, it became the catalyst for deep inner transformation.
Embracing a Mind-Body-Soul Philosophy
Through lived experience, I came to understand that healing doesn’t happen in isolation. It is not just about treating the body, but nurturing the mind and honouring the spirit. My philosophy is rooted in a whole-being approach; where emotional well-being, mental clarity, physical health, and spiritual connection are seen as one interconnected system. I believe the body holds innate intelligence, and when we create space for balance, rest, and regulation, healing becomes not only possible – it becomes natural.
Milestones on the Path
My journey took me across continents and into the heart of ancient healing traditions. In 2014 and 2015, I travelled to India to undergo Ayurvedic Panchakarma – a profound detoxification and purification process that marked a turning point in my relationship with my body and lifestyle. Over the years, I explored naturopathy, energy medicine, trauma-informed somatic practices, and continued to align my life with nature’s rhythms. More recently, I was introduced to ASEA Redox technology – a supplement that became a key ally in reducing inflammation, improving cellular function, and helping me completely step off conventional medication. For the first time in over a decade, I began to feel truly empowered in my health, and no longer need medications to manage it all.
Why I Do What I Do
I believe we are not meant to carry our pain in silence or manage symptoms for the rest of our lives. We are meant to heal, remember, and return to ourselves.
I share my journey not because it was easy, but because it was real. Through yoga, breathwork, naturopathy, and holistic living, I have transformed not only my health, but the way I relate to life.
This is what I now offer to others.
A compassionate, lived-in approach to healing. One that’s rooted in embodiment, awareness, and deep reverence for the body’s wisdom.
